Refund Policy
Effective 24 October 2026
Credit packs are a one-off purchase in Singapore dollars (SGD), with no GST. Here is when you can get your money back.
What can be refunded
- Unused purchased credits, if you ask within 14 days of buying them.
- Accidental double purchases, refunded in full.
What cannot be refunded
- Credits already spent on messages or AI writing.
- Free starter credits.
- Purchases more than 14 days old, unless the law requires otherwise.
How to ask
Email us from the address you sign in with, and include the date of purchase. We aim to reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
What happens to your credits
When a refund is approved, the refunded credits are removed from your balance.
