By signing in to MsgVine you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
What MsgVine is
MsgVine helps you prepare personalised WhatsApp messages for your own contact list. It never sends anything automatically: every message is opened in WhatsApp and sent by you, one click at a time.
Your responsibilities
- Only message people who know you or have agreed to hear from you.
- Follow WhatsApp's own terms. WhatsApp may restrict numbers that send unwanted messages, and MsgVine cannot prevent that.
- Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on your MsgVine account.
Acceptable use
Do not use MsgVine for spam, scams, harassment, illegal content, or to message people who asked you to stop. We may suspend accounts that do.
Credits
- Sending a message costs 1 credit. Writing message versions with AI costs 2 credits.
- Test sends, templates, contacts and images are free.
- New accounts receive 100 starter credits, which expire 90 days after sign-up.
- Purchased credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). No GST is charged.
- Credit prices may change; launch prices are a limited-time promotion.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Unused credits are lost on deletion; see the Refund Policy if you want a refund first.
No guarantees
MsgVine is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that any message will be delivered, read or answered. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
